Everything,
handled.
for your industry.
We deploy vertically specialized AI agent teams that run the full operations of your SaaS — support, onboarding, docs, content, and customer success — so you can focus entirely on building.
Ops are killing your momentum.
Three numbers that explain why 80% of bootstrapped SaaS founders stall before finding product-market fit.
Lost to operations every week
The average bootstrapped SaaS founder spends 12 hours every week on tasks that have nothing to do with the product — answering support tickets, chasing onboarding drop-offs, writing documentation. That's 624 hours per year not spent building.
To hire one ops person
A single operations hire in India costs ₹40k–₹80k per month in CTC before recruiting time, onboarding overhead, and management bandwidth. Most early-stage companies need at least two. The math doesn't work pre-Series A.
Average early SaaS churn
Twenty-three percent of new SaaS users churn within 30 days — not because the product is bad, but because onboarding is broken, support is slow, and no one follows up. These are operations failures, not product failures. And they are entirely preventable.
There is a third option.
And it does not require hiring.
Five disciplines. One team.
Each capability is a fully staffed AI function, not a feature toggle. You get the output of a five-person ops team without the headcount.
Customer Support
AI agents triage, classify, and resolve support tickets across email and chat. Complex cases escalate with full context. First-response time drops to under 3 minutes with 85%+ auto-resolution.
User Onboarding
Adaptive onboarding sequences based on user behavior. Day-1 activation emails, feature introduction triggers, and stall-detection flows that fire when a user misses a key action. Average activation lift: 34%.
Documentation
Product documentation written, structured, and maintained by AI agents trained on your product. Feature guides, API references, integration tutorials, and release notes — always current, auto-synced with every product change.
Content & Marketing
A steady stream of brand-aligned content across SEO articles, LinkedIn posts, product newsletters, and changelog copy. Agents maintain your voice across channels so your content engine runs without your attention.
Customer Success
Proactive health scoring, renewal nudges, and QBR preparation handled end-to-end. Agents monitor usage signals, flag at-risk accounts, and send timely check-in communications — without a CS hire on payroll.
11 industries. Deeply specialized.
Each division is a vertical-specific agent stack trained on the language, workflows, and expectations of that industry. Generic ops AI doesn't understand your domain. Ours does.
All 11 divisions are now accepting clients.

Running in one week.
From first call to live operations in seven days. No lengthy implementation projects.
Onboarding Call
Day 1 · 45 minA structured 45-minute call where we map your current ops stack, identify the three highest-leverage operations to automate first, and collect the tool access and brand guidelines we need to configure your agent team. No lengthy intake forms. Just a focused conversation.
System Configuration
Days 2–4Our team configures your AI agents: connecting your support inbox, CRM, and product analytics, training the support agent on your product knowledge base, writing your onboarding sequences, and calibrating tone, escalation thresholds, and response templates to match your brand voice.
First Outputs
Days 5–7Your agent team goes live in monitored mode. Real tickets are handled, onboarding sequences are triggered, and the first documentation pages are drafted. You receive a daily summary of all agent actions during this period and can request adjustments via Slack.
Ongoing Operations
Week 2+Your agent team runs autonomously on a weekly ops cycle. Every Monday you receive a weekly operations report covering ticket volume, resolution rates, onboarding conversion, content published, and any flags raised during the week. Monthly review calls are included in all plans.

Gmail not connecting after OAuth — sequences not sending
Hi Karan, the Gmail OAuth disconnect is caused by a Google policy change requiring re-authorization for apps inactive for 30+ days. Fix in 60 seconds:
- Settings → Email Accounts → Gmail → Disconnect
- Click "Connect Gmail" and complete OAuth
- Return to your sequence and click Resume
Your 3 queued emails will send within 5 minutes. Let me know if this doesn't resolve it. — DelegateHQ Support
ALL 34 prospects disappeared from my pipeline — urgent
Deepika — treating this as P0. Your 34 prospects are not deleted — this is a display bug from a filter state conflict.
Immediate fix: Pipeline → "Clear all filters" (top-right) → prospects reappear. No data was lost.
Escalating to engineering now as a confirmed bug. Follow-up within 2 hours. — DelegateHQ Support [ESCALATED → Engineering]
